    • What documents are required when opening an account?

      Company Registration, Photo ID (Passport or Driver’s Licence), Utility Bill, VAT Certificate (If applicable) and AWRS (If applicable)

    • I can’t log in to my account, what should I do?

      You can reset your password or contact our team at info@spiritrade.com and we will be delighted to assist.

    • How do I transfer funds?

      Funds are directly wire transferred to Spiritrade. We serve as an escrow facility for our members. Ensuring buyers and seller safer trades. No funds are released until the stock is verified and approved.

    • Is there a limit to how many times a buyer and seller can negotiate a trade?

      Yes, we cap this to three attempts in order to avoid any time wasting.

    • How do you protect my personal information?

      Spiritrade fully complies with GDPR practices (The General Data Protection Regulation) since it was introduced in May 2018. Our Platform is fully secure and uses fully protected servers where information is encrypted and our network is fully isolated.
