Account and Membership

    • How long does it take to get my account verified?

      24 hours

    • Why do you need personal documents to create my account?

      Spiritrade is all about quality control and safety for our members. We verify all of our members to ensure they are compliant and reputable. These documents allow us to conduct due diligence on all members.

    • I can’t log into my account, what should I do?

      You can reset your password or contact our team at and we will be delighted to assist.

    • What documents are required when opening an account?

      Company Registration, Photo ID (Passport or Driver’s Licence), Utility Bill, VAT Certificate (If applicable) and AWRS (If applicable)

Buying and Selling

    • How do I transfer funds?

      Funds are directly wire transferred to Spiritrade.
      We serve as an escrow facility for our members. Ensuring buyers and seller safer trades. The buyer is welcome to use the Escrow facility at the warehouse. All costs associated with Warehouse Escrow will be covered by the Buyer.
      No funds are released until the stock is verified and approved.

    • My buyer’s offer is too low, what shall I do?

      You are able to counter offer on all bids up to three times.

    • Can I cancel a trade after it has been accepted?

      All trades are legally binding, and unless the seller accepts the cancellation we will be unable to cancel the transaction.

    • How long will it take for me to get paid?

      Up to 48 hours once stock is verified.

    • What currencies can I trade with on Spiritrade?

      USD, EUR and GBP

    • How are currency rates calculated?

      There is no currency conversion as trades are conducted and completed in the currency advertised.

    • Is there a limit as to how many times a buyer and seller can negotiate a trade?

      Yes, we cap this to three attempts in order to avoid any time wasting.


    • Who handles the shipping of stock?

      Members are responsible for arranging their own shipments. However, our team is on hand to assist with this process.

    • My stock is travelling between countries, do I need to pay import fees?

      No, all stock is purchased and sold under bond and not subjected to taxes.
      Products may be sold Duty Paid and subject to taxes, but only if goods are sold in the UK using London City Bond Warehousing.

    • What happens if my order is late?

      The seller has up to 14 days to ship stock to our warehouses. if stock is delayed, you will be notified.


    • How do you protect my personal information?

      Spiritrade fully complies with GDPR practices (The General Data Protection Regulation) since it was introduced in May 2018. Our Platform is fully secure and uses fully protected servers where information is encrypted and our network is fully isolated.

    • How can I make sure that stock I am buying is real and authentic?

      We verify all of our members before they are allowed access on to our platform. All stock is verified by the expert warehouse team before payment is released and the deal is accepted.

    • My name is on the order receipt, doesn’t that mean the seller can see it too?

      All transactions are fully anonymous and a seller will not be able to see a buyers details at any time.
